We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Artisan to join our team.

As a Junior Artisan, you will work closely with our senior artisans and engineers to assist in the design, fabrication, and installation of various mechanical and electrical systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the field to gain hands‑on experience and develop their skills in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

• Assist senior artisans in the fabrication and installation of mechanical and electrical systems
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets company standards
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the project
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Continuously learn and develop new skills to improve performance and contribute to the success of the team

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical school or trade certification is preferred
• Some experience in a similar role is an asset
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use various tools and equipment
• Familiarity with technical drawings and schematics
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
