• Design, develop, and implement scalable full‑stack solutions aligned with business and architectural standards.
• Deliver sprint commitments consistently, ensuring predictable and high‑quality output.
• Write clean, efficient, testable, and well‑documented code adhering to development standards.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand‑ups.
• Resolve defects identified during QA, UAT, and production with urgency and precision.
• Contribute to peer reviews and provide mentorship and support to junior developers.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational objectives.

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent (relevant experience considered).
  • Microsoft/Azure certifications advantageous.
  • Certifications in modern web frameworks or software architecture beneficial.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in software development (full stack, backend, or frontend).
  • Proven experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and automated testing.
