AI-Native Engineer — Shop Floor Intelligence

We're not hiring a traditional developer.

We're looking for someone who builds with AI as their primary tool; and wants real ownership of a product that runs on real factory floors.

Phast is a shop floor data collection and tracking system used by manufacturers. Flutter mobile + web, Dart backend, ERP integration. Offline-first, industrial-grade, actively deployed.

Own features end-to-end. Understand the problem, use our AI-assisted development workflow to maintain and build the solution, validate what the AI produces, ship it, support it. High trust, high ownership, no micromanagement.

• You build with AI tools daily (Claude, Cursor, Copilot - your choice)
• You can read and validate code you didn't write
• You think in systems, not just functions
• You're curious about how factories actually work
• You ship things

• Your stack or language background
• Years of experience
• Mechanical or chemical engineers who've caught the AI coding bug — we're especially interested in you.

This isn't a ticket-grinding role with a queue and a manager checking your output.

This is an early seat at a small company building AI-native industrial software. Equity conversation possible for the right person.
