We are seeking a highly skilled and forward‑thinking Senior BPM Developer to join a dynamic technology team focused on delivering enterprise‑grade workflow automation and process orchestration solutions.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with deep expertise in IBM BPM / BAW and/or Camunda 7/8, combined with strong Java development capabilities and a passion for process optimisation, automation, and modern event‑driven architectures.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing intelligent business workflows that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation within a complex enterprise environment.

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy enterprise workflow solutions using IBM BPM / BAW or Camunda 7/8
• Develop BPMN and DMN models for business process orchestration and decision automation
• Build scalable microservices and APIs using Java 11+,
  Spring Boot
  , and RESTful services
• Integrate workflow solutions with enterprise applications, Kafka/Confluent event streams, and custom user interfaces
• Implement external task workers, orchestration patterns, and automated workflow handling
• Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize process execution
• Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Support AI‑enabled workflow optimization and intelligent process automation initiatives
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders to design robust technical solutions
