Overview
We're recruiting an experienced Salesforce Domain Architect for a leading banking client. This senior, enterprise‑level role focuses on scalable, secure, and composable architecture within a regulated financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Ownership of domain architecture, platform optimisation, and architectural governance across the Business Bank Salesforce org.
- Scope and design reusable component inventory for scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor architecture health and enforce governance.
- Manage technical debt and conduct architectural reviews.
- Asses vendors and provide architectural input.
- Coach and mentor delivery teams.
- Align stakeholders and resolve disputes.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of Salesforce development, with APEX essential.
- 3+ years in a Solutions/Technical Architect or Tech Lead role.
- Strong knowledge of SOA, Cloud, Dev Ops and CI/CD.
- Preferably Banking / Financial Services experience.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
