Vodacom, one of South Africa’s leading mobile communications companies, is offering exceptional early career opportunities through its 2025 / 2026 Early Careers Programme. This includes two exciting pathways:

• Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme
• Vodacom Internship Programme

These programmes are designed to empower young South African talent with hands‑on experience, personal development, and career acceleration in the tech and telecommunications industry.

The Discover Graduate Programme is a permanent employment opportunity for recent graduates. It includes a 2-year skills training journey aimed at nurturing future leaders within Vodacom.

The Vodacom Internship Programme is a 12-month fixed‑term contract designed to offer valuable workplace experience, exposure to professional environments, and practical skills training.

• Structured onboarding and skills training

• Must be a South African citizen by birth
• 26 years or younger at the time of application
• Hold a BCom, BSc, or B-Tech degree (any field), NQF Level 7 or higher
• Candidates with NQF Level 6 (3-year National Diploma) will be considered only if they studied:
  • Electrical / Electronic Engineering
  • Computer Software Engineering
  • Information Systems / Information Technology
