• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software developers

Relevant IT qualification (Degree or Diploma).

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer / Tech Lead / Engineering Team Lead
• Strong background in software development within enterprise or high‑scale environments
• Experience leading or mentoring developers
• Exposure to modern development practices and methodologies

• Solid understanding of software architecture and system design
• Experience across modern tech stacks (to be discussed)
• Strong coding ability and problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands‑on development
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams
