Manager Product - Front-End

What you’ll do

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end delivery of product initiatives across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate business and product requirements into clear deliverables in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
• Ensure alignment between backend capabilities and front‑end execution, enabling seamless user experiences.
• Drive high‑quality implementation, ensuring consistency, usability, and scalability across products.
• Act as the primary bridge between Product, Engineering, and Design teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure front‑end feasibility and optimal integration of services.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and ensure delivery aligns with objectives.
• Oversee the integration of UX and UI design into front‑end builds, ensuring design intent is accurately implemented.
• Ensure user journeys, interaction patterns, and visual components are cohesive and aligned with design standards.
• Partner with UX and UI leads to continuously improve customer experience and engagement.
• Monitor front‑end performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve usability and conversion.
• Support experimentation and optimisation initiatives.
• Ensure front‑end solutions are responsive, accessible, and aligned with best practices.
• Establish and maintain front‑end development standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure adherence to design systems, technical frameworks, and architectural guidelines.
• Drive consistency and reuse of components and patterns across products.
• Lead and manage the front‑end product team, providing clear direction, prioritisation, and support to enable effective delivery.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members, supporting capability growth and career progression.

• Strong understanding of front‑end technologies, architectures, and best practices.
• Solid grasp of UX/UI principles and how they translate into front‑end delivery.
• Ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams in agile environments.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and optimisation.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and data‑driven design decisions.
• Good knowledge in online web application development, including front‑end HTML

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in digital product, front‑end delivery, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing or leading cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working in agile product environments.
• Exposure to both design (UX/UI) and engineering delivery strongly preferred.
