Job Description About the Role   We are seeking a Senior Apex/Salesforce/nCino Developer with a strong focus on custom development and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality solutions that enhance our financial services offerings, leveraging your expertise in nCino and Salesforce technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components within the Salesforce platform.
- Design and implement solutions that integrate nCino with Salesforce to support various banking processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of existing applications to improve performance and usability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and nCino updates and features to recommend improvements and optimizations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Salesforce development with a strong command of Apex, Visualforce, and the Salesforce Lightning framework.
- Demonstrable experience with nCino, including its deployment and integration into Salesforce environments.
- Solid understanding of database technologies, including SOQL and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Developer or other relevant Salesforce certifications.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices for Salesforce applications.
- Knowledge of additional tools and integrations such as REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with financial services or banking software development is a plus.
