- Manage and mentor junior developers.
- Participate fully across the SDLC on a variety of concurrent projects.
- Research emerging tools, languages, and standards; recommend and schedule improvements and upgrades.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA to conceptualize new software solutions.

Senior scope from day one – you are managing integration architecture and guiding junior developers, not just executing tickets. You will work with a broad, modern .NET stack with room to specialize. This role is based in Johannesburg with a package that reflects the seniority of the mandate.
