Integration Engineer

The Integration Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining system integrations across enterprise platforms. The role focuses on enabling seamless data exchange between internal and external systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable integration solutions

• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• Configure and manage API gateways and message queues
• Enable secure file transfer and ensure data integrity
• Perform end-to-end integration testing and validation
• Integrate with CSD, eTender, ERP systems, and government registries
• Implement identity and payment integrations
• Collaborate with South African integration liaison stakeholders

• Strong experience with REST/SOAP API development
• Knowledge of API gateway technologies and messaging systems
• Experience with secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS)
• Proven integration testing experience
  
  Exposure to government systems (CSD, eTender) and ERP integrations
• Understanding of identity management and payment integration frameworks

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and quality assurance
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work in cross-functional and regulated environments
