We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce MCP (Multi-Cloud Platform) Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, customization, and integration of Salesforce solutions across various clouds, with a strong focus on programmatic development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
. This role will support business initiatives by building scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Develop and maintain custom solutions on Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Configure and extend capabilities across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other MCP tools

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business analysts to gather and translate functional requirements into technical design.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., Mule Soft, Heroku).
• Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Monitor and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and user satisfaction.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to documentation, release management, and deployment strategies.

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in a multi‑cloud environment
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture and governor limits
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  , and MCP frameworks
• Hands‑on experience with API integrations and Salesforce App Exchange packages
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX
  , version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications
• Experience with Heroku, Mule Soft, or Marketing Cloud is a plus
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Knowledge of Dev Ops pipelines and automated testing within Salesforce
• Experience with global Salesforce implementations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

The successful candidates will be required to work the standard office hours of the Waterfall office. During the training period, attendance in the office will be required on a daily basis. Following the completion of training, candidates will transition to a hybrid working model. Please note that PwC SATIC is currently refining its hybrid working approach, and this remains subject to change in line with business, client, and team requirements.
