Ovations Talent Sourcing is seeking a Lead AI Engineer for a 6‑month contract in the Fintech space. You will be the technical authority for production‑grade AI across the ecosystem, translating strategy into scalable architecture and moving enterprise AI from pilots to daily production.
You will set standards for code quality and design, own end‑to‑end MVP deployments (voice/IVR, finance bots), design robust RAG/agentic workflows, and govern security and privacy in line with POPIA/GDPR.
