• Lead backend development initiatives using C#/.NET and Java/J2EE
• Drive the migration of legacy .NET systems to modern Java‑based architectures
• Design and develop secure, scalable enterprise financial applications
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and engage directly with client stakeholders
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and cloud deployments across AWS and Azure
• Mentor and support junior developers while promoting engineering best practices

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and Java/J2EE
• Solid experience with SQL and large‑scale datasets
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Previous consulting or client‑facing experience is advantageous
