Accelerating feature delivery with AI while maintaining exceptional engineering quality

Writing effective prompts that consistently produce reliable engineering outcomes

Critically reviewing, testing and improving AI-generated code rather than accepting it at face value

Using AI for debugging, refactoring, documentation, architecture exploration and test generation

Understanding the strengths, limitations and trade-offs of modern large language models

Evaluating and introducing new AI tools that improve engineering productivity

Helping other developers adopt AI effectively while maintaining engineering standards
