• Type: Full-time 12 Month Contract, ongoing.

• Lead the team's software engineers in establishing coding, testing, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts to transition requirements smoothly to the engineering team.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, goals, and documentation.
• Support Scrum processes including backlog grooming, planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, peer reviews, and issue resolution.

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to foster team growth and development.
• Excellent collaboration skills for working across agile teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

• At least 7 years' experience in software development.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience leading agile delivery teams of 4+ developers and other members.

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (version 6 or higher).
• Proficiency in C#.NET and .NET Core (or Framework 4.7).
• Expertise in WebAPI and Entity Framework (or other ORM).
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server or relational databases, including design, complex queries, and indexing.
• Strong cloud experience in Azure.

• Experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript/Type Script.
• Custom development experience in diverse projects.
• Familiarity with Angular versions 4-5.
