AI​/Chatbot Data Scientist

Are you an AI / Software Engineer who enjoys building intelligent systems that interact with people in real time?

We’re looking for a hands‑on engineer to join an innovative AI engineering team, working on voice, text and QA agents that operate in real‑world customer interactions.

This is an opportunity to work on AI that goes beyond experimentation — you’ll be building, testing and improving production AI solutions used in live environments.

• Build and maintain voice, text and QA AI agents
• Develop and optimise conversational AI solutions across multiple use cases
• Work on text‑bot development as the organisation expands its omnichannel AI capabilities
• Build and integrate LLM‑powered solutions
• Work with Speech‑to‑Text (STT) and Text‑to‑Speech (TTS) technologies
• Develop and integrate APIs to connect AI solutions with existing platforms
• Create and manage campaign variants and conversational experiences
• Support regression testing, releases and production deployments
• Continuously improve AI systems based on real‑world interactions and performance

• Hands‑on experience with LLM integration
• Familiarity with STT / TTS technologies
• Experience working with APIs and integrations
• Strong experience using Git Hub / Git
• A genuine interest in building and developing AI‑powered applications
• Bachelor’s degree or Honours in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Science, Data Science or a related quantitative field
• Strong mathematical and analytical foundation

Experience with any of the following will give you an advantage:

• Dialogue / conversational AI systems
• Docker
• AI agent frameworks
