Key Responsibilities Technical Delivery

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web and mobile applications.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, architecture, estimation, development, testing, and deployment.
• Drive engineering excellence through clean code, code reviews, testing, and continuous integration practices.
• Promote Dev Ops principles, including containerisation, automation, and continuous delivery.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve products and development processes.
• Ensure the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams.
• Mentor, coach, and support team members in their professional and technical development.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, performance reviews, and development discussions.
• Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
• Empower team members to achieve their full potential while maintaining delivery excellence.

• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure successful project outcomes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Software Engineer within an enterprise environment.
• Previous experience leading software delivery teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop technical talent.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and best practices.
• Experience designing and structuring software solutions within enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.li>
• Strong customer-facing and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of technologies, tools, and development environments.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, attending the office approximately 2-3 days per week.
