, overseeing end-to-end air freight processes and ensuring service excellence across the board.

• Manage day‑to‑day air freight import and export operations, ensuring smooth and compliant movement of goods

• Lead a small, focused team while working closely with carriers, agents, and customs authorities

• Ensure all shipments meet customer expectations, regulatory standards, and internal KPIs

• Identify opportunities to optimise processes, reduce delays, and improve cost‑efficiency

• Support commercial teams with pricing, routing, and customer solutions

• Report on operational performance and take ownership of issue resolution

• 4–6 years of air freight experience, including import/export operations and client servicing

• Solid understanding of customs procedures, airline handling, and industry regulations

• Ability to manage daily priorities in a fast‑moving logistics environment

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
