This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit, high performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end airfreight import operations.
- Handling estimates, quotations and shipment documentation.
- Coordinating with airlines, agents and internal departments.
- Ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
- Meeting monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Managing a high-volume workload (approximately 150 shipments and 300 quotes per month).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in airfreight imports (forwarding/consolidation environment).
- Strong knowledge of import procedures and documentation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Afrikaans proficiency advantageous.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, outgoing personality.
- Ship Shape (beneficial).
