We have an exciting new vacancy for an Export Commercial Coordinator for a company within the trucking and commercial industry in Johannesburg.

Duties

Oversee export logistics from port to bonded warehouses, coordinate transporters, resolve delays and disruptions, reconcile and file PODs, ensure safety and policy compliance, report on logistics performance, provide accurate delivery feedback to export sales, manage incidents and fuel usage, maintain movement records, handle cross-border documentation, and support ad‑hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements

Must have experience within the trucking and commercial industry.
Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics.
Minimum 2-5 years experiences as a Export Commercial Coordinator.
Experience with in the automotive industry or logistics companies.
Good understanding of incoterms and export requirement per country.
Must have export movement experience, SADC preferred, truck deliveries.
Clean criminal record.
Valid Code 10 driver’s licence.
Grade 12/Matric.
