Stock Coordinator Report to: Operations

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Book in stock against GRV Supply and prepare invoice for payment.
• Process order and reconcile, transfer, adjust and maintain stock.
• Resolving stock queries.
• Analysing of surplus inventory to determine usage levels and stock conditions.
• Coordinate transfers in and out of the warehouse, tracking all movements.
• Make purchase requests, contract vendors and ensure flow of goods.
• Working with Sales staff to ensure inventory levels are set appropriately to accommodate upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with shipping to ensure all receiving shipments are moving in and out of warehouse as scheduled.
• Generate reports on inventory balance and shortages.
• Analyse Stock Levels and pricing.
• Work with internal staff / branches for efficient supply chain.
• Analyse forecast received.
• Prepare purchase order in accordance with stock requirements.
• Consider lead time in stock levels.
• Follow up on outstanding purchase orders.
• General admin duties.
• Providing information needed for budget preparations on an annual basis.

• Advanced Excel Skills.
• Computer literate in Pastel, Outlook & Word.
• Minimum Grade 12.
• Strong Administrative skills.
• Accuracy and detail orientated.
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communications skills.
• Trustworthy, reliable, self-disciplined with high integrity.
• Previous inventory or warehousing experience.
