Job DetailsWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Assistant Controller to join our company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Responsabilidades- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including month‑end and year‑end processes, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity, etc.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Provide recommendations for improving systems and processes, and manage the implementation of these improvements.
- Meet financial accounting objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year‑end close Andrew processes.
- Manage and monitor intercompany transactions ổnd procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, relevant regulations and laws.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA designation is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting within the sales industry.
- Proven experience in managing intercompany transactions.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others at all levels within the organization.
