What You’ll Do- Support our licensed financial advisors in exceptional experiences for families and their businesses
- Handle administrative tasks: maintain client efiles, review forms, process compliance procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service: answer calls, greet clients, schedule meetings, support client and team events
- Assist with case preparation: gather materials, review client data, update CRM (Salesforce), prep planning and advisory portfolio documents
- 2-5 years of business service firm experience
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Salesforce, Right Capital, and Asset Map is a plus
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
- A beautiful, non-traditional office in Johns Creek
