• Support our licensed financial advisors in exceptional experiences for families and their businesses
• Handle administrative tasks: maintain client efiles, review forms, process compliance procedures
• Provide outstanding customer service: answer calls, greet clients, schedule meetings, support client and team events
• Assist with case preparation: gather materials, review client data, update CRM (Salesforce), prep planning and advisory portfolio documents

• 2-5 years of business service firm experience
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Salesforce, Right Capital, and Asset Map is a plus
• Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
