Base pay: $13.00/hr - $18.00/hr

• Lead or assist amazing birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll train you).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating customers like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families at each party.

• You love having fun, giving high fives, and can play like a child (a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics helps).
• You live to serve, making others feel good feels great to you.
• Kids and parents alike like you.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by high school classmates.
• You love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work.

• Guests walk out wanting to host their own party at The Little Gym.
• You’ll get steps in and close activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day.
