Are you passionate about visual storytelling? As Lead Videographer and Photographer at Speak Your Way To Cash, you will shape the brand’s visual identity, capture high‑quality photos and videos, and produce content that informs and engages audiences across social media, courses, ads, and live events.

Role Summary

Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to create assets used across social media, online courses, ads, and live events.

Responsibilities

Daily/Weekly

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video and photo content for digital marketing, social platforms, and ad campaigns
  • Collaborate with the team to execute creative briefs and brainstorm visual storytelling ideas
  • Maintain and organize digital media assets and equipment
  • Scout and suggest shoot locations and setups
  • Attend and capture behind‑the‑scenes and testimonial footage at live and virtual events
  • Create short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, etc.
  • Edit and retouch product, speaker, and event photos for use online and in print

Monthly

  • Edit long‑form content (webinars, course modules, interviews, etc.)
  • Produce highlight reels, sizzle reels, and event recaps
  • Oversee the visual consistency and branding of all content delivered
  • Source and manage freelance photographers/videographers as needed for larger projects

Quarterly

  • Audit and refresh our visual asset library
  • Research and propose new creative trends and equipment upgrades
  • Present visual content performance insights in team meetings
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Timely delivery of high‑quality edited photo/video assets (measured weekly/monthly)
  • Engagement metrics on video content (views, shares, comments, completion rates)
  • Brand consistency and visual quality, as judged by marketing and leadership team
  • Effectiveness of event coverage (captured testimonials, key moments, and promo‑ready content)
  • Internal satisfaction with responsiveness, collaboration, and creativity
Growth Opportunities

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years professional experience in videography and photography (portfolio required)
  • Advanced proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Skilled in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Experience filming live events and testimonials
  • Knowledge of social media video formats and current trends
  • Strong creative vision and storytelling ability

Preferred

  • Experience working with speakers, authors, coaches, or at live events
  • Familiarity with You Tube, Tik Tok, and Instagram algorithm best‑practices
  • Basic motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects, Canva, etc.)
