We are seeking a passionate and committed Lead Pre‑K Teacher who will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share best practices.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom, ensuring a conducive learning atmosphere.

• Strong experience in early childhood education.
• Proven ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant educational degree in early childhood education or a related field.

• Familiarity with early childhood education best practices and developmental milestones.
• Additional certifications in child development or specialized teaching methods.
