• Delivers an unparalleled guest experience in an ideal environment for celebrating children’s birthday parties.
• Assist General Manager in matters concerning safety and security in all areas: front door, play area, play castle, private event rooms, and restrooms.
• Assists guests with all requests and answers questions as needed.
• Greets guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions; smiles and greets guests upon entering.
• Keeps coordinators promptly and fully informed of problems or unusual matters, and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing party times and communicating information to guests, coordinators, and managers.
• Diffuses difficult guest situations while protecting the integrity and safety of staff, building, and house policies.
• Assists in the cleanliness and organization of rental equipment.
• Brings attention to the General Manager of problem areas with other managers and party coordinators.
• Ensures that all children and adults adhere to house policies as outlined and informs management of any issues.
• Assists with setup and breakdown of special events functions as directed by management.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster a cooperative and productive work environment.
• Opens and closes the store.

• Strong work ethic.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be available to work on weekends and holidays.
• Children experience preferred, but not required.
• Effective communication with guests and team members; generates enthusiasm.
• Strong math and verbal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; follows dress guidelines.
• Ability to clearly greet, request assistance, and bid farewell to guests.
• Ability to convey guest needs to team members clearly; calm in addressing dissatisfied guests and escalating to management as needed.
• Job Type: Part-time
• Salary: $17 per hour
• Shift: 10 hour, 8 hour, Day, Evening, and Morning shifts
• Weekly day range:
  Monday to Friday;
  Weekends as needed
• Ability to commute/relocate:
  Reliable commute or planned relocation before starting work (Required)
• Experience:
  
  Management: 1 year (Required);
  Store management: 1 year (Required)
