• Creating a Sanctuary:
  Be responsible for meticulous preparation of vacant rooms, ensuring new residents enter a pristine and welcoming space ready to become their new home.
• You will be our champion for strictly adhering to sanitation protocols to protect our vulnerable residents from germs and illness.
• You will keep the heart of our community bright and welcoming by cleaning and polishing common areas, hallways, and public restrooms, ensuring a consistently pleasant atmosphere. Ensure that our home feels clean, smells clean, and is clean.
• Engage with our wonderful residents. Simple acts like a warm smile, a gentle touch, or a brief moment of connection are incredibly powerful.
• Gently redirect a resident who seems lost, offer a kind word, or patiently listen to a story, even if it's the same one you heard yesterday. Your quiet, caring presence contributes directly to their emotional safety and happiness.
• Your intimate knowledge of a resident's living space makes you a critical observer. You willgently and discreetly report any changes in a resident's condition, unusual observations, or safety concerns to the nursing team, serving as a key partner in their holistic care plan.
• You will manage waste disposal, efficiently use and manage cleaning supplies, and reporting needs or small fixes. taking ownership of the environment's upkeep.
