Your essential role:
Creating Comfort and Connection

• Ensure every corner of the community feels sparkling clean, safe, and homelike.
• Meticulously prepare vacant rooms, ensuring new residents enter a pristine and welcoming space.
• Adhere strictly to sanitation protocols, protecting residents from germs and illness.
• Clean and polish common areas, hallways, and public restrooms to maintain a consistently pleasant atmosphere.
• Engage residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia by offering a warm smile, gentle touch, or a brief moment of connection.
• Observe and report any changes in a resident’s condition, unusual observations, or safety concerns to the nursing team.
• Manage waste disposal and efficiently use cleaning supplies, reporting needs or small fixes and taking ownership of the environment’s upkeep.
