Location: Johns Creek, GA | Fully Onsite

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Salary: $45,000–$55,000+ | Negotiable Based on Experience

Experience: 3–5 Years of HR Experience Preferred

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required

Our client, a global organization, is seeking an HR Specialist to support daily human resources operations at its Johns Creek location. This hands-on role covers employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, HRIS management, and compliance
, working closely with employees and leadership.

• Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Maintain accurate employee records, payroll information, and HRIS data.
• Support recruiting, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
• Assist with HR compliance and related documentation.
• Partner with managers and employees to address HR-related needs.

• Bachelor's degree required; HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of general HR experience preferred.
• Experience with benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, and HR compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems; ADP or SAP preferred.
• Experience developing HR policies, employee handbooks, or benefits programs is a strong plus.
• Manufacturing or industrial industry experience is a plus.

• $45,000–$55,000+ annual salary, negotiable based on experience.
