Position Summary

Resolves escalated service issues, mentors engineers, and leads complex projects while overseeing technology for assigned accounts. Addresses the highest-level technical challenges within the information technology department.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for network infrastructure, cloud systems, information technology platforms, and virtualization technologies.
• Manages and supports WAN, LAN, routers, firewalls, and security solutions.
• Handles escalated issues related to core business solutions, remote access, and system connectivity.
• Monitors and manages system alerts by performing remote monitoring and management tasks.
• Leads systems assessments, security audits, and consultations for new clients.
• Administers and maintains remote monitoring systems by updating scripts and responding to alerts.
• Engineers projects, identifies new solutions, and researches technologies to support company growth.
• Documents system maintenance and communicates incident progress and changes to customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of information technology or system engineering experience.
• Proficiency in server and virtualization technologies, and network solutions.
• Knowledge of connectivity, security software, and information technology infrastructure components.
