Location: Johns Creek, GA (onsite 5 days/week)

• Business & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize business requirements; act as a bridge between business and technology teams; facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions to drive consensus; provide clear communication and reporting to senior management and key decision-makers.
• Support Application, System or Product
  
  Roadmap:
  
  Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams; work with enterprise architects, solution architects and developers to ensure alignment with the requirements; oversee testing phases (UAT, SIT).
• Technology & Industry Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing; understanding of TMS, WMS, Salesforce, and other systems used in Logistics is a plus.
• Delivery & Adoption: Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards; lead efforts related to user training, documentation, and user adoption strategies; work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Transport & Logistics, and Manufacturing industry processes.
• Experience with Systems: Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, OTM and MES systems is a plus.

• Preferred Experience:
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a techno-functional consulting role.
• Proven track record of working with business and IT teams to implement technology solutions.
• Experience in enterprise applications, cloud platforms, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
