Paycom - ATS in Georgia is seeking a Welder 1 to fabricate metal structures using MIG and TIG welding, reading blueprints, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
You will weld in flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions, adjust equipment for quality, inspect welds, and maintain a safe, organized work area. 0–3 years of experience preferred; strong attention to detail and basic math skills required. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth potential.
