- You have a Current Licensed Practice Nurse License valid in Georgia?
- You have a Georgia DL, Clean Record, & your own reliable vehicle

- Monday – Friday / up to 20 hours between 9 am – 3 pm
- Must care deeply and passionately for the well‑being of our older adult Members.
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, document nursing services, and provide watchful oversight of the Members while at the center.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living.
- Complete monthly, weekly required nursing documentation for CCSP / SOURCE, Veterans Administration programs, and compliance requirements.
- Member Assessments in the center and home.
- Care plan development.
