American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Mother/Baby postpartum position requiring couplet and antepartum experience.
Requirements- Active GA or Compact RN license required in hand
- BLS-AHA and NRP-AHA certifications required
- Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
- Couplet and antepartum care experience required
- Postpartum Mother/Baby unit
- AM shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- 30-minute meal break
- No on-call requirements
- 13-week assignment
- Provide postpartum nursing care to mother and baby couplets
- Radius rule of 50 miles applies; local candidates not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO allowed up to 5 days if not on or near a holiday, or up to 3 days if on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request permitted
