St Ives Country Club in Johns Creek, Georgia, is looking for a part-time Outside Golf Services Attendant responsible for providing excellent customer service to Members and their guests. This position attends to the outside Golf operation and reports to the First Assistant Golf Professional and the Head Golf Pro.

• Providing personalized customer service.
• Stage golf carts for daily play.
• Greet Members and guests upon arrival.
• Load golf bags from storage on carts; assist with loading from bag drop.
• Clean golf clubs of Members and guests.
• Assist with maintenance of the practice facility; pick range, clear chipping green, replenish golf balls and tees.
• Wash, restock (tees, sand bottles, scorecards, pencils), and charge golf carts after use; re-park carts.
• Be proactive.
• Mobile phone use is prohibited unless in case of emergency or urgent work-related need.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Require walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Valid Georgia driver’s license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record.
• Fluent in English, with good grammar in speaking and reading.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Present a positive, professional image.
• Self-motivated and customer service-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
