We are looking for a friendly, conscientious Associate to help our customers efficiently and pleasantly manage their grocery shopping experience.

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Aim to bag at least five items while ensuring items are not damaged.
• Follow best practices for bagging items in reusable, plastic, and paper bags.
• Assist in removing merchandise from bottom of bascarts for checkout.
• Offer help to customers loading bags into their vehicles.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning.
• Inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves.
• Gather bascarts and return them to designated areas.
• Clean spills, collect trash inside the store, and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Clean all indoor and outdoor store areas.
• Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise.
• Locate products, understand store layout, and conduct price checks for cashiers.
• Reinforce safety programs by following procedures and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and report repair needs.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcomed, important, and appreciated by addressing product questions.
• Follow all local, state and federal laws and company guidelines.
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed to resolve issues.
• Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
