Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory control, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for retail.
Duties
- Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Execute cash handling procedures and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Engage in recruiting efforts, including interviewing potential candidates.
- Maintain effective communication with team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock replenishment, and ensure proper merchandising standards are met.
- Previous experience within a retail environment is preferred.
- Proficient in retail operations, including POS systems, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and manage vendor relationships for purchasing needs.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and retail sales strategies.
