Cheshire Heating and Air is looking for a full-time Residential HVAC Specialist who wants to earn big, grow fast, and actually enjoy coming to work.
Pay: $75,000 to $150,000 earning potential, plus bonuses

SCHEDULE FOR OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC SPECIALIST:- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- On-Call responsibilities
You'll spend your days out in the field diagnosing HVAC issues, solving problems, and helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round. From the moment you arrive, you're the expert: assessing the issue, walking the customer through their options, and delivering solutions you stand behind. Every call is a chance to showcase your skills, earn trust, and contribute to your success.

- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience
- Clean driving record
