• Generate and analyze inventory reports, identifying stock levels and discrepancies
• Conduct routine cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform comprehensive audits of inventory documentation and procedures
• Utilize inventory management software and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or WMS, for real-time data tracking
• Maintain clear, organized, and precise records for all inventory transactions and adjustments
• Collaborate closely with warehouse staff and other departments to resolve inventory issues effectively
• Adhere to established compliance standards and safety protocols within the warehouse environment

• Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehouse or distribution role
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and record keeping
• Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, WMS, or similar platforms)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend as needed in a warehouse setting

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for accuracy
• Comfortable using technology and adapting to new inventory management systems
• Excellent communicator, able to partner with colleagues across departments
