Location: Johnson City Branch (Johnson City, TN)

Job Type: Full‑time – On‑site

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

TENCU is seeking a motivated and personable Teller for our Johnson City branch. As the face‑of‑the credit union, you will engage with members, contribute to the deploy of TA wallet‑and credit‑card solutions.

• Process financial transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional member service both in‑person and over the telephone.
• Adapt promptly to new processes and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Uphold all federal and state regulations and credit‑union policies to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a consistent attendance record showing reliability.
• Furnish computer systems, keyboard, and other needs to completeness of our day‑to‑day tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of cash‑handling or customer‑service experience.
• Prior experience [^] in a financial institution is preferred.
