Moshika Beauty is seeking dynamic and self-motivated Beauty Advisors to help expand our presence and establish new accounts within beauty clinics and the beauty industry! Our product line features innovative, clean, and cruelty-free K-beauty items, with our best seller being the latex-free, Full of Magic Lash Kit. Experience with false lashes is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:- Open and manage new professional accounts with medspas, salons, and beauty retailers
- Regularly visit local events, medspas, and industry trade shows to represent the brand, generate leads, and network with other industry professionals
- Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to cultivate relationships and support partner growth
- Drive new business development through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Maintain strong, ongoing communication with partners to ensure satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service and support
- Participate in bi-weekly sales training sessions to continually enhance skills and strategies
- Maintain records of sales activities, account status, and pipeline progress
- Meet sales targets on a commission-based compensation structure
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or similar industries
- Existing relationships in the medspa or beauty industry is a strong plus
- Beauty industry certification or experience (esthetician, makeup artist, skincare specialist) is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Reliable transportation for local travel to visit partners and attend events
- Self-starter with a passion for skincare and beauty
- Independent 1099 contractor position with a commission-based pay structure
- Flexible schedule to manage your own accounts
