We are seeking an Assistant Rehab Director who has their Tennessee COTA or SLP license for our continuing care retirement community / skilled nursing facility in Johnson City, TN.

Primary responsibilities
:
Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and providing direct clinical care. Diversify care across physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
