Medical Technologist & Lab Technician, Clinical Research
Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking two qualified Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs) for a full-time, day-shift opportunity in Johnson City, TN. This role offers an excellent work-life balance with no weekends and no holidays required. Candidates must be credentialed MLTs.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Pay Rate: $22.00–$30.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Openings: 2
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
- Accurately document and report test results
- Follow all laboratory safety, quality control, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited program
- MLT certification required (ASCP or AMT)
- Active Tennessee state Medical Laboratory Technician license required
- Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Day shift, Monday–Friday
- No weekends
- No holidays
