PT Dietitian

Position Overview

Part‑time Clinical Dietitian (Hourly) covering 20 hours per week at Morrison Healthcare, Franklin Woods Community Hospital, Johnson City, TN. The role focuses on acute care medical center nutrition services.

• Provide medical nutrition therapy: nutrition assessment, diet modification, education and intervention for patients.
• Follow guidelines from the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual.
• Comply with federal, state, accrediting regulations, HIPAA, patient confidentiality and rights policies.
• Train and mentor patient services staff and interns.
• Participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility‑wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs.

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board (TN required).
• One year of hospital experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, electronic medical record & diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programming.
