The Assure Smart Apps Program Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the coordination, governance, and execution of Smart App initiatives across the enterprise. This leader will partner closely with product owners, engineering, delivery, and go‑to‑market teams to ensure Smart App strategy alignment, resource optimization, and consistent delivery of business value.

• Program Leadership & Alignment Serve as the central coordination point for all Smart App work streams, ensuring alignment with product, engineering, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across global teams to maintain a unified Smart App roadmap.
• Partner with product leaders (L&A, P&C, Reinsurance, Global Specialty) to prioritize, sequence, and track Smart App initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and engagement across stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and visibility of progress.
• Financial & Resource Management Manage global Smart App R&D and deployment budgets, including hours, spend, and resource utilization.
• Provide monthly reporting on investment allocation, progress, and value realization.
• Collaborate with Finance and senior leadership to forecast and allocate funding for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
• Optimize resourcing across teams to maintain delivery efficiency.
• Governance & Reporting Establish and maintain clear governance frameworks for Smart App development, review, and release.
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and communication standards are maintained across all Smart App programs.
• Lead the implementation of standardized development and release processes to drive transparency and accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (PMP preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in program or portfolio management within enterprise software, digital transformation, or insurance technology.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, low‑code platforms, and composable architecture concepts.
• Proven ability to manage global cross‑functional teams and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.

Compensation for this position ranges from $95,900 to $178,100 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Full‑time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefits program, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance; employee wellness; life and disability insurance; a retirement savings plan; paid holidays; and paid time off.
