Hancock Daniel’s Johnson City, Tennessee office is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice or able to waive into Tennessee and/or Georgia. Additional licensure in Virginia or North Carolina is a plus.
• Litigation experience.
• Excellent research, writing, analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively on a team.
• A drive for excellence and strong client service.
• Desire to develop strong community and business relationships.
