This is a full‑time, on‑site position for an experienced personal injury attorney at our Johnson City, TN office. The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury cases, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, and drafting legal documents. Responsibilities also include negotiating settlements, representing clients in court, and collaborating with the legal team to establish strategies and achieve positive case outcomes.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
