Job Summary
The Front Loader Operator hands‑on team member who keeps our asphalt plants supplied, organized and running safely. - Operate the loader with forks to unload incoming freight, load outgoing freight, and move pallets, supplies and materials in and around the plant facility.
- Operate the loader with boom pole to unload incoming freight, load outgoing freight, and move items in and around the plant facility.
- Safely change and secure loader attachments as needed for the task at hand.
- Work with scale house, plant operators, haul truck drivers and vendors to keep trucks loaded and moving without delays.
- Travel between assigned asphalt plants in the Tri‑Cities area as directed by the superintendent, reporting on time and ready to work at each location.
